Kristin Gilmour and Julianne Grant are experienced Melbourne-based Naturopathic practitioners with a special interest in the management of immune health. Alongside their longstanding Naturopathic practices, Kristin and Julianne are respected researchers, technical writers and educators for Australian herbal medicine company, OptimalRx. They also co-host OptimalRx's popular podcast, 'Tech Talk with OptimalRx'.


Both Kristin and Julianne are members of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA) and have a great love of herbal medicine, which is the focus of much of their research, writing and lecturing. They are both passionate about health education and have a continued drive to further the reach of the Naturopathic profession.
